Pilates Classes are based on the original mat work exercises developed by Joseph Pilates which is a unique system of stretching and strengthening, resulting in a body that is stronger and better balanced. It develops body awareness, improving and changing the body's postural and alignment habits and increasing flexibility and ease of movement. Releases stress and improves posture.
Beginners Zumba (zumba gold) is a low impact dance cardio workout to upbeat Latin American music, much gentler on the knees and lower back. Burning calories and toning while enjoying the music, dancing and having fun!
Zumba is the original higher impact cardio dance workout. Great music and feels like you are at a party!
Personal Training to suit people who do not like group activity and would like their session tailored especially for them either at your home or using the Hen House facilities at a time to suit you.
